Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14316 Insider

Was it with this build? I have had similar experience with another program. Trying to recreate it now and all went smoothly. Maybe something to do with smartscreen and new releases before they are in some database...
Yes.. it installs without me having to run it as administrator. I just install it as any other program.

Even bugs are not what they used to be any more.
Edit: have to check again those email links. Uff, they still ask with what app I want to open them.

I don't know what you mean by that? And like it's been said.. this is an insider build and bugs are expected and MS said that with the faster dropped builds they're would be more of them.
If you don't like bugs use the stable versions.. 10586.

It's gonna ask how you want to open this as long as you have Build 14316.
I will try the next update (no clean install), but if I still have the problem, I'll probably do a clean install.

Andre's not complaining about having bugs with the Insider Program; he just checked to see if he was still being asked how he wanted to open this. And, it's still there.

I'm not complaining about being Insider! :)
If I want a stable environment (which I do for work), I'd run 10586 (as I am now).
My first comment was about running new, unsigned just downloaded applications. At first I have to go through complicated procedure (I think Fafrhrd described it well), and now they install without a problem.

I had the TH2 update which is the 10586 as well as the Insider version that was out a week or so prior to the general release on for a full two months until it got buggy not wanting to see a new build on the main while seeing them on the second desktop and VMs. But the TH2 went buggy on me in late January and had to go. I could have opted for full clean install but allowed the preview builds to take over until July at least.

I'm still not having any success with this Smartscreen/Foxitreader.exe problem.
Is it just that the smartscreen dialog is not showing completely, so I cannot see other options? :
