Everybody has that issue AFAIK. Otherwise why would Winareo just post that fix?. If you could access the Intenet immediately after installing the environment - well please let us know!

Yes, I didn't have any issue at all. I did it in one go without a problem. The first thing I did right after installing bash was to connect to my Raspberry Pi in the other room and controlled it. I posted a thread here on how to install Bash and I didn't have to discuss this fix. Here's the thread I posted: Installing and Running BASH on Windows 10 (Build 14316)
@martyfelker , as you can see from the image below, right after installing bash, I connected to my Raspberry Pi right away (command line: "ssh pi@192.xxx.x.xxx").
Hi there
slightly OT but what are you ripping your LP's with and I hope you are ripping to highest quality (FLAC for example).
Things like Mp3tag can be used to tag the tracks (handles FLAC/OGG/Mp3 etc etc)
Funny in a way but I actually CREATE Vinyls for people these days (still using studio gear (hardware / software) running on an XP VM -- I've had loads of requests in the last few months -- what started out as a bit of a hobby for me is turning out to be a very lucrative businesss --can do it from home and as I'm "semi retired" this is a good boost to incomes -- while Iceland pensions ren't the worst by any manner of means there not going to make you mega rich either !!!!!
As for your OS why not Image it with Macrium or similar so if it's no good just restore.
Incidentally if you have a HIGH quality amplifier recording directly from turntable in Real Time for Vinyl isn't bad at all (apart from the time) -- since Vinyl is analog anyway saves using poor quality A/D converters that are present in most consumer grade computers.
Cheers

Any thoughts??
It seems that my computer does not automatically go to sleep any more since the update to this newest build. I am trying to figure out the cause of that.
Off topic. That fellow upthread that claims that it will take him about 75 hours to rip his vinyl collection to digital is lucky. I started my project in 2008 and every time I get close to finishing, a bunch of new titles come into the house. Oh well.
Still waiting...
Not a single of my UK English Build 14295 Pro (one PC and two Hyper-V virtual machines) has received the 14316 upgrade.
