I'm using a Home Edition. I wonder if that could be the difference.
Remote assistance server is a Pro feature. Remote assistance client I believe works on Home and Pro.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start10\Launch.exe" /Microsoft.Windows.SecureAssessmentBrowser_cw5n1h2txyewy!App" is what you see in the Target line on the properties screen. I simply right clicked on the item found in the Universal Applications.
The program folder just happens to be Stardock since this is not a new item for 10 itself but if you have anything like Start10 or some other Stardock app like RocketDock(also used here on 2nd display set to auto hide), CircleDock, or other app from that place you are seeing this addition.
Saw the large square screen flash up with an envelope symbol in the center but almost too quickly flashes to capture a good screenshot like this one.
