Maybe it's just the Pro then. I would understand why it's built-in specially on Education.

I had to install it on Pro. And the Git is not there either.

I didn't need to install it on Education and Enterprise, it just was there?

Please send the Darwin Award, the world will be a better place with higher average IQ when I'm gone .

I totally forgot that I had installed Git Bash manually on both EDU and ENT machines, and that it is of course not the same Bash as this new built-in Bash.

My deepest apologies, I was already wondering why this new built-in Bash brought nothing new to old Git Bash I already knew. How incredibly stupid I am...
My EDU and ENT rigs were upgraded, Git installed a long time ago...

Hahaha.. I was just beginning to realize why it's called "Git Bash" and not "Bash on Ubuntu..." :)

This is really one of those moments when I revealed how uncivilized, uneducated nothing-knowing useless moron I am!

I installed Git Bash a month ago on both machines and now when upgraded simply searched Cortana for Bash and there it was. Not a second did I realize I was just using the old third party Bash... I was wondering what's the hype when there's nothing new

Don't say that. We all had our moments. :)
Does this mean that you are gonna go and check what the new bash is about? Or maybe not. :)

Yes, of course I will check that. I have been using Git Bash but it looks that the new built-in one is far better and flexible.

Still Waiting.....two days after Gabe tweet..........zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
That's alright several of us waited days for the 14257 to come in and we were all from various locations suggesting there is a random factor at work. For this build there wasn't any 5hr. wait seen with any of the VMs either but everything saw the 14316 either ready to download or with both desktops already downloaded and ready to install. The main was ready to restart but had to be delayed!

Yep. Woody Leonhard makes note of that here: http://www.infoworld.com/article/305...ild-14316.html

As a general rule since everything has been leaning towards the 64bit OS for a good number of years already that comes as no surprise! The 32bit Windows still has to be offered for older systems being upgraded to 10 as well as for the volumes of 32bit programs the market is still quite saturated with since many are still running the 32bit flavor for Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and now for 10 as well.
