It appears the colors in High Contrast themes may have been tweaked/fixed to some degree in Build 10036.

It's a bit choppy.. but I was trying out YouTube and that could be the issue.

Now that build 10036 has been leaked I hope MS hurries up with a official release build.

I see they are at present working with build 1041, so maybe it has progressed further than we can estimate?

If you can't get Media Player working you could try MPC-HC or VLC.

I decided not to try this leaked build. I honestly believe next week or two brings the official release, I decided to wait for that.

Good plan, Kari. I intend the same. Waited long enough. A little longer to avoid a few unwanted problems is not going to hurt me.
