So far, the major changes I see are:
- vastly improved 'Task View', (virtual desktops)
- many changes to elements on the Start Menu as well as transparency
- huge amount of changes to Settings, (but some links still kick you back to the classic Control Panel
- icons seem to be changed system wide
- Defender resides in the system tray
- new Network flyout
(It was said that the Start Menu may crash, and it did, so I can't fool around with that anymore!)

File explorer
File Explorer is still all over the desktop. Geesh you think Micro$haft could at least get that right.
