In the next build of Windows 10, there is an updated installation process that includes a new progress screen and the OOBE ( out of box experience) has also been updated as well. While we have already seen the new progress interface, we now have a better look at the entire process.

If you take a look at the video below, you can see the entire installation process from start to finish. Starting at about five minutes into the video, you can see the new OOBE process that includes a page for "Who owns this PC?", signing into your Microsoft account, syncing with OneDrive, turning on Cortana, and then finally the classic 'We're setting things up for you" that first appeared in Windows 8.

I know what it showed and I don't see where it makes the installation process any better.

It's probably hidden, several clicks away, under the New Account button.

It appears that MS (still) is not making it obvious on how to sign in with a local account. My guess is that one would choose the option on the right ("Sign Up") and from there would be the option to sign in with a local account.
