Hate to admit it, but my original enthusiasm for testing Win10TP has practically faded to nothing with these delays in releasing the next build. Here we are nearly at mid-March and still no word on when the next build will be out. And the ones that do get leaked don't even have Spartan in them. All I basically do now is check the forums once a day to see if there is any word on the next build availability.
Yeah I've lost a bit of enthusiasm due to slowness of releases and to some major problems I've had. I do the same check every day to see if there's a new build.
I sometimes wish I was like some people who just sit back on XP and 7 and are satisfied with old tech, but that's not me, I've got to have all the latest stuff so I can just tinker around.

I really can't wait till Windows 10 runs on everything, I might even be tempted to buy a Windows phone as long as it's made by HTC or Microsoft.

My wife didn't like Windows 8 etc at first, now she spends more time than I do on the computer, because she can easily download games from the store.

Its okay, it's just not Windows, just like Android, I like it on a phone but not on a computer. It's good when you have a problem and need to repair a HDD or retrieve files and things like that, but you just can't get all the countless programmes like you can on Windows.

Now that I have a VM set up I might try it again and see what I can get out of it and learn along the way. I think I'll try MInt. Any thoughts on another distro??

For me Windows 98 was the buggiest version ever, I had stacks of computers at the time and had nothing but problems on all of them, as soon as ME came along, nearly all of the problems went away, and yet most people say ME was a piece of crap, but it wasn't for me.

I found Me to be a nice OS as well and I never had any issues with it also.

Mint is great no doubt about it, Ubuntu is good and Puppy linux is a good very light distro for a thumb drive, they're good to play around with and good because they're pretty stable.
