Fast edit there cousin. Saw my screen refresh soon as you did it.

I've been using Firefox x64 for well over a year now. It's been out in beta builds for quite a while. Now on general release.

Right I cheated (or wised up) and looked in Google and found out F/F is 64 bits now ( I thought I might be stepping in it there ) , it's seems a little faster lately also .......it's plenty fast

I came from IE. Now I'm using Edge and It's perfect for my needs. I don't use Extensions or AddOns by the way. Most folks I know use Chrome, mostly because it's familiar to them at this point.

I still think Edge is better than any other browser out there. :)

Opera 22 or 2014 for my primary everyday use browser fast lean and very tight security and easy to customize...

Since version 22 or year 2014 Opera went down hill and today the been sold to a player who is geared on cloud and mobile services , in a nutshell Opera Browser will not be to,,, much around in PC or Desktop sector any longer

Okay, here are the browser numbers at the end of March 2016.

39.05% are using some version of Windows Explorer. This is a 5.74% drop from last month.

37.44% are using some version of Chrome. This is an increase of .88% from last month. Chrome has grown over 1% per month for 11 months now, and is on its way to replacing Explorer as the world’s most popular browser.

The big winner is Microsoft Edge, at 4.3%. Last month, it didn’t even make the list. This month, it passed Safari to become the fourth most popular browser in the world.

At 8.58%, Firefox has dropped 3.1%.

At 4.16%, Safari has dropped .72%.

Opera dropped .24% to 1.44%. This is only its second decrease in 11 months.

    Crunching the numbers:

With 90.39% of the world using some version of Windows, only 43.2% of them are using the steadily-fading Explorer. Add in Edge, and 52% of all Windows users are not using a Microsoft browser.

My predictions? At the end of April 2016, Chrome will be the world’s most popular browser. Long before the end of the year, Edge will pass Firefox. The death of Explorer is as inevitable as the death of the well-loved Windows XP—as computers wear out, they will both be replaced.

    Explaining the numbers:

All of these browsers (with occasional exceptions) work well. The worst criticisms go to Explorer, whose popularity is largely due to the fact that it is included with Windows so many people don’t change it. Edge’s burst in popularity far exceeds the growth of Windows 10—in my opinion, Win 10 users are carefully trying it out, and a lot of them are switching over.

haha, I just like how Edge was built. I have all other browsers on my system right now (Opera, Chrome, IE, and Firefox, maybe there are more I need to try?) and Edge is the number 1 on my list.

    My top 4:
    1. Edge
    2. IE
    3. Chrome
    4. Firefox & Opera

What if that's not causing any issues?? Shouldn't your "customers" have a choice of what browser the use and not you??
You have to understand my customer set to understand why I do this. Many times I come to work in the morning and there is a computer sitting there with a name and a phone number. In most cases I recognize the name, but not always. If I don't know what they want done I'll call them and ask. Most of them have Chrome because it was forced on them one way or another.

When I'm done with their computer and they come to pick it up I do ask them what browser they prefer, what they want for their home page, most say huh??? The vast majority equate a browser to internet ... "I just want to use my internet".

Chrome is a pig, it eats resources and degrades performance.

Oh, and one other thing. Most of the computers I work on are still running XP. I get a few Vistas or Win 7s but 0 Win 8s or 10s. These people don't have the money to spend for a new computer.

It's still not your place to change/remove software from someones PC. Did they pay you to do that??

Keep in mind it's still not your PC.
