Follow these steps to download Insider Preview:
1.Sign up for the Windows Insider Program, if you haven't already.
    2.Read the system requirements.
3.Click one of the Download links on this page to download a special file—it's called an ISO file—that you can use to install the preview.
4.When the download is complete, transfer the ISO file to installation media such as a USB flash drive or DVD.
5.Boot your PC from the installation media, and then follow the steps to perform a clean install.

    Windows Insider Preview Activation

You will need to install the Windows 10 Insider Preview build on a device that has been previously activated with Windows 10 or with a Windows 10 product key. For more details please see the article: Activation in Windows 10.
    Important
◾You'll need a third-party program to convert the ISO file into installable media—DVD burning software often includes this capability.
◾Remember, trying out an early build like this can be risky. That's why we recommend that you don't install the preview on your primary home or business PC. Unexpected PC crashes could damage or even delete your files, so you should back up everything.
◾If you want to stop using Windows 10 Insider Preview and return to your previous version of Windows, you'll need to reinstall your previous version from the recovery or installation media that came with your PC—typically a DVD. If you don't have recovery media, you might be able to create recovery media from a recovery partition on your PC using software provided by your PC manufacturer. You'll need to do this before you upgrade. Check the support section of your PC manufacturer's website for more info.
◾After you install Windows 10 Insider Preview, you won’t be able to use the recovery partition on your PC to go back to your previous version of Windows.

And I thought MS had scrapped the Insider Preview ISO Download release.
Now the question is : what took them so long ? Perhaps, a proper question is : what changes MS mind ?

They are probably waiting for a more stable build that is worth releasing for download..

In the past, when an Insider build was released in Slow Ring, the corresponding ISO was also released.
MS stopped that practise without an explanation.
Now it resurfaces, without explanation............ except that ho-hum writing which is merely a repetition of what had been written months ago.

Will this be activate? Just wondering. It was not mentioned on download page. Most Insiders will already know that some of the Settings options are unavailable when Windows is not activated.

Edit: Never mind. I must have missed the paragraph about activation the first time I visited.

ISO available in latest Insider Fast Ring Build 14295! I made one already, decrypting the Install.esd, but this is much easier.

NOTE: YMMV. It checks user account status at Microsoft (I'm Insider-Fast); probably also what build is running the box generating the request...

Question to all the pro's and experts? in this great forum

Is it really essential to load up any Windows 10 Insiders Previews? " and no offence to the original poster and full respect to him "

Essential? No. I'm just running the previews because I like to check out new builds/features. It's more of a luxury than an essential.

Microsoft is surely aware that we Insiders know how to deal with ESD file. But yeah, this one is a surprise.
