    Microsoft has been working on interactive Live Tiles for ages now, and it seems they may be getting closer to releasing that feature to Windows users.

    In a session titled “What’s New for Tiles and Toast Notifications” they note:

    Notifications are an essential tool for engaging with your customers on Windows. We are building on the foundation of Action Center to give developers greatly increased flexibility in Adaptive Toasts. We will introduce a powerful API that enables a new class of apps to plug into the Notification pipeline and provide innovative experiences for users. Live Tiles are evolving with two highly-requested surprises that you won’t want to miss.

    Yes. I am just hoping MS is not going to throw us a bunch of "features" full of bugs.

Is it possible to create a live tile and if so how do you do it. It would be very useful to me for going to various Forums for which I contribute.

For some reason not all my apps are updating live like they should be. Like my cnn app; and the sports app that came with 10 already installed as well as the money app and Im sure there are some others Im missing right now. Are these known issues...
