@ Cousin.
Your right on with your very well thought out logic and fundamentals and insight.... " bravo and good job "
It depends what region you live in also some countries like Canada or the US and the UK are in decline even with all th skills and fashionable designed resume today will only get you if your lucky a minimum wage paying career " it's getting real tough out there " and experts have warned this affect for years. " when you see a barrel of oil floating around the 40.00 range expect it to go lower in the 30.00 dollars or less range " I believe oil controls everything these days and companies and future planning and governments least but not last employment....
Funny thing is we were seeing some of these trend lines in Poly Sci & Justice in college in the early 70's ( few would belive it if they weren't informed ) and demographics and lower native or prior demographic birth rates in some of the advanced nations are also attending to the declines and to a point make a good argument for sensible legal immigration in many of the advanced nations but automation and advanced technology are major employment /wage decline factors as much as anything else also and the kids in developed nations are geeing soft now anyway and many wont get off thier mobiles and actually do something anymore anyway and or they cant think critically either .
I had to principally invest in a creative family business to keep the younger members of the immediate family secure later on that's getting well on right now but fortunately I don't need any money from it or anthing else but the opportunities that I had are simply not common anymore and the skill sets are changing and our US educational system is fast becoming an overpriced abject failure if it isn't already .
It's adapt or starve out there but that has always been true to some extent and accelerated by modern technology & (more ) globalization of trade and geopolitics and bad policy but TBH I don't think we can put the horse back in the barn so ...........

@ Cousin.
You can't be any clearer to me and I hope others in this forum
Really Cousin God bless you and your family and everyone in the world
" let's just say it's going to be very interesting and rough going forward for the middle class and poor class " government is boring money every day in done regions to pay the social services obligation and that won't go on for too long
That's all true and oil is a big market mover even the oil rich M.E. nations are trying to diversify as even they can forecast maybe thier piggy banks might run out .
Despite the apparent ability of the west to be oil independent & net crude & LPG exporters with shale & newly found crude reserves . Most of the wealthy greens are just in the alternative energy business to distribute Money and influence (and more expensive green energy ) to thier side of the table by coercion and or misinformation it's always about the money even since the Rockefeller's (Standard OIL ) with Kerosene lamp fuel replacing whale oil and long before that & with electric light & power after kerosene although I would argue they were both legitimate substitutions
Thanks for the too kind words
You knew what they say :
1. declining resources /economics and or corrupt and or mismanaged economy resulting in a declining working prosperous /middle class majority .
2. popularism /entitlements .
3. collective socialism .
4. tyranny .
Its all been repeated in the 20th century.

@ Cousin,
Your correct and on the ball and I hear you.
Let's wait and see what happens after the US fall 2016 elections and what's going to happen in Europe these two very critical subjects will determine the next 20 years
@ Cousin
It will be very interesting in many ways then one if the chips dont land correctly and will have a affect on over one except the 1% this small group have transferred their funds out of North America a long time ago
