If you have ever used one of these devices, you will know that edge gestures are a mixed bag of being recognized or ignored by the device. In Windows 10 build 10031, a new feature that has been added is targeted at improving edge gestures on entry level devices.
Thanks to a leaked document that details the changes in build 10031 for key partners of Microsoft, we can see the changes included in the latest build to make its way outside the walls of Redmond. The documentation is posted below with the specific change.
