Thanks for the link to the official Microsoft explanation page, Sumit. Those items weren't there earlier today...just the security fixes.

This update has improved my Edge browser's navigation speed between websites. There was delay in navigating from one site to another before today. This update improved the Windows-10 browsing experience... Good stuff!

This update makes my laptop reboot every 4-12 minutes. Left it up all night long- dozens of Error 41 power loss errors in the event log. It reboots surfing the internet- and reboots playing games. Renders my laptop completely un-usable.

It reboots with no warning and no option to cancel it. Uninstalling the update resolves the issue and I can play for hours without issue. As soon as I connect back onto WiFi WIN10 forces the update on my laptop again (with no obvious way to cancel/deny this troubled update). Then it starts rebooting over and over again. Uninstall this update and again my laptop is fine. I essentially cannot use my laptop now if I want to use the internet. Kinda important.

Laptop is not in front of me right now as I am at work. It is the mobile Z170 chipset with Windows 10 Home 64bit.

Again, so far so good. And I don't know if this is placebo or not, but I feel my OS a little bit smoother.

Have to agree with that but with regard to ie 11 which seemed to be reverting to the bad old days, until this update, though I was also in the process of updating video card drivers and installing java prior to this update installing its self to see if it that made any difference to slow page loading, so with out removing java and the driver update I cant quite say 100% which was causing the slow down, just that its working as it should now.

Same here - no problems other than File Explorer opening on startup.

I noticed posts saying adobe flash has updated earlier today. Seeing as we can't update IE11 or edge flash ourselves I wonder if those updates come tumbling down the pipe later today.

I just did a manual check with MS updates about 10 minutes ago, and downloaded the latest flash player update, on two computers. It is available.
