Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14279 Insider
-
I lost Wi-Fi connection.
It says Secured. I clicked Connect and it said it couldn't connect.
Returned to 14271 and Wi-Fi is back on.
Does that means 1279 is faulty ?
Changed to Slow ring.
I have the Installed.esd copied and converted to iso. I might do a clean install to 14279 later. Maybe.

Installed, working fine but they still didn't fix the white arrows that appears in systray when you have more than 4 icons showing there..
-
- all down and solid..
- AMD Crimson 16_2_1 installed OK..
- so far, so good..
- off to test Fallout4

Disappointed about the Windows Spotlight removal. I hope Gabe with the "hold tight" was serious. I enjoyed when my PC woke up from sleep and was greeted with a different scenic background, and if I liked it I would click the top right and say, I would like to see more :)
Shame they took that off. I like that random rotating wallscreens from wake up, rather pleasant to pause for a moment and enjoy the picture before booting in

I liked them too, but I think they disappeared with 14271. At least they did for me.

Naw, I've got a system with 14271 on it right now, and just had some wonderful spotlights yesterday and today. :)

Downloading now.
Not excited about this known bug though.
•We are seeing reports of crashes with apps such as QQ crashing due to an OS reliability issue we are currently investigating. This bug is also impacting older apps such as Windows Live Mail and Expression Encoder 4.
First tests I've done now indicate that the Expression Encoder issue is only in the encoder app. The Expression Encoder Screen Capture seems to work, you can then use Handbrake instead of Expression Encoder to convert the captured .xesc raw video files to a format which can be read by the video editors.
