My WU is stalled at 25% @ installing updates for 14279 install , it did something like that last time and eventually finished up fine it stalled for maybe 30 min to an hour on installing updates preparing for the 14271 re start/ install .

When I tried manual install it said that .wim is missing. Just mad ISO and opened it on a USB, will try from there.

    Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

This update left Firefox as my default browser and PDF Viewer Plus as my default PDF viewer!

I did have to turn on Restore, though. And create a Restore point.

I copied the whole source folder and just the ESD file also to external media should the need arise for an ISO or something

My 14279 pre install update is still stalled at 25% in WU but I'll let it ride for a while when it resumed last time it finished up rapidly and opened the re start /install page and it worked fine .

Release + Insider Preview Home Build 16179 (VMWare)

I like the subtle animation and the removal of the unnecessary 2nd login wallpaper that was added to this build. Makes the experience more cohesive and integrated IMHO. Should've been there from Day 1!

I bet MS had bigger issues to deal with than that at the time.
