I just upgraded to b1429. Now my Office 2013 says it is not activated and when I try activating it I get the following message :
We're sorry something went wrong and we can't do this for you right now. Please try again later (0x004F017)
I have tried several times to activate but keep getting the exact same message. Does anyone have any ideas on how to sort this out?
Have you tried reinstalling Office 2013? Also, is it the standalone package or subscription?

Yes I tried re-installing, it is a standalone package. I have decided to go back to my previous working version for now as I also discovered none of my media files would play either.
