Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.164 now in internal testing

Last week, we reported that Windows 10 Mobile build 10586.122 was being tested internally at Microsoft, but with Windows 10 Mobile operating under a “Windows as a Service” module, updates never truly stop. That’s why Microsoft is now testing yet another new cumulative update for Windows 10 Mobile, this time build 10586.164.

Build 10586.164 includes no notable changes at this point, unlike build .122 which introduced a noticeable fix for the swipe keyboard not working in certain Windows 10-specific apps. It’s likely that build 10586.164 will continue improving the migration process from Windows Phone 8.1 to Windows 10 Mobile, as the official rollout is set to begin sometime this month.
