Been there, Seen that. :) We seem to have three threads going at the same time.

    More Glitches Than Last Time

    Typical.
I literally just finished this upgrade a few hours before b14279 was released.

I experienced the ubiquitous (on my VM) mouse glitch.
This time it was working until I rebooted and then it stopped.
It took another reboot to fix that issue.

The Programs and Features window was messed up.
I discovered that it was broken in b14267 just before I upgraded.
Various programs that were installed weren't listed (but they still worked) and W10 would offer them in the "Use this App" option list.

Disk Cleanup has no idea how much "garbage" it is going to remove.
When I ran it, it claimed it was going to recover ~14 GB of space, but it actually only recovered ~5 GB.

7-Zip doesn't appear in the Default Programs section at all.
I was able to set the defaults inside 7-Zip itself.

    It totally screwed up Rainmeter.
Even after re-installing the program, it would not run correctly (no Sys Tray icon and the skins would not load).

Saw the latest Visual update going on at the same time as the new build which is on time this month right during the first week as expected. Now will be seeing the VMs for Home and Pro both updated as well.
