They include past updates too, that you already have installed in most cases. That's one reason that KB is so large. It does not install those updates if it sees them already installed, but I see no reason not to just wait for MY updates to come from MY WU

If this is like the last one then this update will be replaced by a later one when it appears on windows update
there must be a reason these are only available as a manual update, whether they install and run fine is not something I want to risk, who knows what it might affect down the line

There is such a product called Windows 10 Insider Preview in which we can " try " new ideas.
I would prefer to do my "trying " with Insider Preview.
Windows 10 RTM is supposed to be a stable product in which we can use it for daily chores with relative confidence.
It is ludicrous to use it to " try " something which Microsoft won't even release it via the normal channel.........Windows Update.

Yes I run them on all my systems and my daughter who uses her for her business also puts the updates on as soon as she sees and hears about them to keep her systems up to date.
She the same as I do likes to do it manually how they have come through now
