After logging in I get the mouse busy signal come up after a few seconds although system is fully functional and responsive. Guess it lasts for about 5 seconds or so. After that it seems fine

Ever since the update my mouse cursor frequently shows the "busy" signal, like once every minute or 2. The busy signal stays on for about 15 seconds each time. I try to open the task manager quickly to see if some noticeable process is making the system busy, but haven't been able to find anything significant.
Has anyone else seen such behavior after the update?
Except for this issue, everything else seems to be working fine. My appstore seems to be handling the updates normally now (they weren't working before), and it's possible that a bug I was frequently having concerning "missing network protocols" has now been fixed.
Open the Task Manager and select Details. Make sure CPU is a selected column. Click on the CPU header description and it will sort in most-to-least CPU usage order. Watch it for a couple minutes, it may show you what pops to the top when "Busy". TC

Didn't offend me, but it may have someone else. Just advice to avoid surprises you may not want.

Yes I am aware that one can search for these error codes one by one. What I am looking for is a comprehensive reference list where ALL these codes are available, with links to the detail.
Some of the references to these error codes are very confusing leaving one unsure if they apply to Win 10 or not. Some are references to sources outside of MS, not always complete or very accurate.
Why MS does not have a database setup with all these codes in it is quite beyond my understanding.

I'm not aware of any single source with all codes and all possible meanings. Their may be one, at MS internally. Lots of the codes can have multiple implications depending on the circumstances under which they were generated. Sorry I can't be of further help; maybe someone else can.
