SourceMicrosoft is said to have purchased another app - this time around, it is Sunrise, a popular calendar app for both iOS and Android. This is the second app that Microsoft has purchased recently with Acompli being the first acquisition that was recently rebranded as Outlook for iOS and Android.
TechCrunch is saying that Microsoft paid at least $100 million for the app, which is a healthy sum of money by any measure. In the iOS store, the app has over 2300 ratings with an average of 4.5 stars. In the Google Play store, the app has 34,000 ratings with an average of 4 stars.
