Windows 10: Windows 10 build 14251 has Linux subsystem files, what could it mean?

    I think my biggest complaint about Microsoft is they do not stash all their profits off shore to avoid paying us taxes and have every thing built in china like apple does. apple knows how to run a business. and they do not donate anything to military bases

I grabbed the install.esd from the upgrade from 11102. Created an ISO using DVD and USB. However, I get this "setup cannot continue due to a corrupted installation file". Tried going back to 11102 and repeated the process three time. Still same...
