I had an HTC when Windows Phone 8 came out, and I really loved the phone and the OS, but it never worked quite right with Exchange at that time. We were testing at work to see if we would move away from Blackberry devices and go with either a BYOD, or iPhone/Android mixture. We ended up moving to the iPhone/Android set ups, and it was kind of disappointing.

I paid $49 for the 521 without a contract. I use it with VoIP and for navigation in the car. It was a good deal.
