What problems are you encountering with Chrome? Did you try to uninstall and reinstall Chrome?
So far, 14251 is treating Chrome well on my machine.

Google Chrome Canary [64 bit] runs well on my machine. You can even use the new algorithm Brotli with Chrome Canary. Chrome and Firefox are about to get a lot faster thanks to Google's new data compression algorithm - TechSpot

I know all of that, done it million times, even from XP and forward but every now and than it just gets stuck on last few files/folders. Reboot helps sometimes but not always.
I've experienced the same thing on b10586.

Windows Cleanup wouldn't totally remove all "Windows.Old" files.
In the previous builds, Windows Cleanup would totally obliterate the "Windows.Old" directory.

My b11102 shows the Insider Preview watermark, but it is also complaining that my OS hasn't been "Activated".
I can't recall the earlier versions doing this (I have previously had to re-verify my install though).

The b14251 update hasn't appeared in my list yet.

for me, Disk cleanup (on any build) never completely deletes Windows.old if I run on real hardware. A couple of Intel driver files are locked and the only way I can completely delete it is in safe mode - even unlocker will not delete them.

Works OK in VM when I don't use that driver though.

I always get a couple of audio drivers left in windows old. I usually can't be bothered taking the trouble of finding a way to delete them.

I have this with Windows 10 too and it's one of the reasons I still rely on third party browsers. I think it may be an audio codec issue, only affecting some YouTube videos. The clicks are always in the same place so it's an easy bug to reproduce. I wish Microsoft would hurry up and fix it. While they're at it how about Edge's window remembering exactly where I leave it? These little bugs are often the most annoying!
