Mine wouldn't install either. Crashed after Windows rebooted/started after installing the drivers.
It finally reverted back to 11102

Have a look in C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setuperr.log or if that doesn't help C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther\setupact.log

They will tell you why the upgrade failed. Usually.

You can upload the error log here if you want but don't upload activity log without checking for any personal details first as it will contain your name, email address, IP address etc.

I wonder why your computer is so slow. It took my computer less than 15 minutes total for a complete install including the disc clean up and setting up system restore and a few other tweaks. I think that mine takes extra long because it is in a multi boot set up and I have to sit here and go thru a menu for each restart, but 1 hour would be unbearable.

Yeah I have been playing around with mine this morning, opening all of the apps and doing different things. Everything seems good.

Probably a lot of installed SW, it takes time to sort all of that out, everything has to be checked for compatibility and returned to it's place.

I can only assume you have a faulty timekeeper, or are prone to exaggeration.

There seems to be a greater number of conflicts, in Build 14251, between the 2 - Control Panel and Settings, especially with setting default programs.
