This is a known gotcha. You need to find this item in Programs and Features, right-click, then select "Repair" from the resulting pop-up menu. This fix is documented in Solved Windows 10 keeps reinstalling KB3119142 - Windows 10 Forums.

There was one a over the weekend for store. Is this the one you are referring to or is there another new one today? I'm not at home to check but my version was showing as 2015.25.22.0, is yours now a newer version to this?

The version number is under settings when you open the store if my memory serves me correctly. I couldn't remember the exact version number but when I looked at this site version was familiar with what I had seen. Just seemed strange that they unleash two updates in quick succession. The update on Sunday went badly for me resulting in a system restore to get it back to working. I had my apps set to manual and checked for updates. I saw the store update available and when it finished it quit the store. When I tried to relaunch it nothing happened. Fortunately system restore got things back and I changed the apps to install automatically and quickly shut the store down as it was downloading the update again. It must of silently updated ok in the background. Hope that doesn't happen again! I don't think Store likes being open when it tries to update (at least not when you have it manual mode)

Update completed smoothly. Windows version 10586.71. Rechecked for update and got "Your device is up to date" message. Took very little time to update/restart and complete.
