This is the first time I have not been able to update within a couple of hours from notification.
which makes me wonder, how do they allocate?

Apparently you have a nVidia GPU? The bug doesn't affect AMD GPU drivers, apparently. I heard that it was a nVidia-specific problem and so gave it a whirl and my games are all running fine...so far...

EDIT: Actually, I spoke too soon...Witcher 3 will not load at all...will likely revert....
Yep. 2 GTX 970s. Most of my games worked, but I had issues with the ones that Gabe mentioned (Assassin's Creed, Fallout 4, Witcher 3) plus a couple of other games. Not a huge deal since the ability to roll back to the previous build actually worked for me this time.

Oh and I like the update to the History part of Edge. Nice.. :)
This is something I've been waiting for since Spartan. Now give me some ad-blocking, and more sensible favorites-managing, and I could use Edge as my daily driver...

    - I have a suspicion that setting the Windows Update frequency in the Group Policy Editor does not work - and this REALLY pisses me off, because I want these things to work! I need to test this further, however one time that I have set it to check for updates every three (3) hours it did not do so! This specific issue, IF it indeed exists - cause I need to test further, is VERY-VERY disappointing for me...

That is all I have observed so far.
Ehmm.... Sorry about this part of my earlier post, a bit stupid of me to post it... I might open a new thread with my inquires.

Downloaded and installed. Man, that was quick and easy. No problems at all at this point.

On Build 11099, I had to wait around two to four hours, but on 11102, I got a notification that it's there within ten minutes of Brink's announcement! Go figure . . .

Finally got it Wyn.....could it be after my looking at your post M$ thought it might be safer to allow my upgrade, rather than be savaged by your ferret.

I was also surprised, like dencal, to get the upgrade early, I usually have to wait several days. Maybe Microsoft have discovered the UK.
