But it won't be sandboxed like Edge or other browsers for that mytter(my only gripe with Firefox, and they missed that boat ages ago)

e10's is addressing that, and I have experimented with it in developer editions of FF with decent results eg, page rendering times, HTML 5 video, and memory usage

I prefer Firefox. Has always been stable, fast, good looks, great customization and has stood the test of time. My only gripe but this can be changed but is a first presentation issue for me is that FF now uses yahoo for the default search engine. I mean seriously I would have rather seen a smaller search engine used like duckduckgo as yahoo search result are just horrible.

Biggest credit to give FF is how well the product works with MS products, only other browser I know of that works with Sharepoint out of the box which is something I enjoy having at my work.

For a second place that is not even listed is Vivaldi, has some great potential and honestly more stable then Edge despite Vivaldi being still beta.

I'm using Edge most of the time, IE11 freezes up on here to much for me so stopped using it. I've tried Chrome and that's not too bad, Firefox has too much going on for me.

The only thing I miss using Edge is not being able to use RoboForm but at least I have most of the most visited sites along the top.

This article perfectly shows why benchmarks don't say much.

    1. Firefox
    2. Opera

    for me anyway!
I always used Opera but now RoboForm doesn't work with the new Opera.

The right click on the forward/back arrows in Edge is a nice feature. It's taking MS awhile but Edge is getting there. :)
