Windows 10: What's the best Windows 10 web browser? The benchmarks are in
Edge is basically unusable in it's current state, people can benchmark it all they want, for day to day use I'd put every other browser named in the article ahead of it and plenty that aren't mentioned.
Firefox for general use, Chrome when I'm using Chromecast, can't see that changing anytime soon.
+1. Not really being lazy, just feel exactly the same.
Tried Edge, not ready for prime time, IMO.
Firefox almost exclusively,
Maxthon when I want 'toys' to play with.
My vote goes to IE11
Do Windows 10
Edge is the one that does it for me. Fast, stable, visually attractive and great handling of favourites and home page tabs.
This is a funny situation. I used Edge, IE 11, Chrome and Firefox.
I do a lot of searching in Web, so I try to take advantage Edge's Web note, Reading View, etc. then switch to IE11 because some older web site needs Java, etc.
I use Chrome for Live streaming Sports Event and Word On line. Some time, I just use Firefox.
Am I a Casanova or just use the best browser for the job?
As long as you're using appropriate "protection", does it matter?
My primary browser is still Fire Fox and my secondary browser is Edge. Edge is a really good browser and with more development it might become my primary.
When Windows Edge browser starts up, the start page weather is not correct for my area. How do change the location?
The purpose of this thread is to provide a download link for each benchmark currently in the benchmarks sub forum.
We will keep these up to date, but if you come across new versions please let us know.

can someone explain to me why when you download through explorer edge why
the downloads go to a folder, I would prefer to download and just drop on the
desktop instead of in a folder in a different location
