Well, I switched to slow as I don't like the new way of releasing builds faster and possible with more bugs. Why did they think this is a good idea? I think it's really bad for those who really test the builds by using them as their main OS.

Being an Insider Tester on Beta software was/is never intended by MS to encourage anyone to use it as their main day-to-day OS. They even discourage it. Faster insider builds gets the test OS out to the field/real life quicker with quicker feedback and quicker development. It simply is not for mainline use where something could cause irretrievable damage.

11099 did seem to install faster. Still looking it over make sure what all works. Dual boot with Zorin9.1 nice and clean.

Anyone notice any 'palpable' changes or improvements with 11099?
This Build fixed the issue with using a finger print to login to Windows that was introduced in build 11082.

So far so good with this build. Not a single issue to report from my PC.

Hey guys... been sitting here for almost two hours waiting for this build to appear... Still nothing! I'm starting to get antsy.. and wonder if I should play with the registry settings for preview builds....

It usually never takes this long to detect a new build!

Any advice? Does anyone know the correct registry settings for receiving preview builds in the fast right so I could check mine?

I've got mine completely updated and installed, but I haven't had a chance to play with it yet.
