Does anyone know of anything that can handle RSS Video feeds like what the VPlayer app on Android/iOS can play?

So the alternative list may look similar to this:
    - Classic Shell
    - 7-Zip v9.20
    - FreeCommander
    - VeraCrypt
    - TightVNC
    - Firefox
    - MPC-HC
    - OpenOffice
    - Gimp
    - Audacity
and other apps for work and to replace or to extend Win10 builtin "features"...
    Nice selection.
    I use:

    • 7-Zip v15.14 (7-Zip has updated recently)
    • FreeCommander
    • MPC-HC
    • VLC
    • GIMP
    • Audacity
    • Notepad++ (Program not App)
