Updated earlier today and it required a restart, 64bit Home Edition, took it from 10586.29 to 10586.36.

The only people who have problem with this update, are these who playing flash player games from mini clients. They need to unistall the update lol
HP Solution Center also crashes after the update. Had to uninstall the flash update to get it working again. Really don't like the trade off!
Yes, HP forum and Microsoft Support. The HP Solution Center is just one of several programs having issues with this update.

Not saying it will guarantee action from MS, but at least you have done your part.
Lets hope they do take action, having HP solution center problem everyone else is reporting....they seem to know they have issues with this update causing programs to crash (see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3132372 known issues) but apparently unware of how many users are affected.....
