Thanks for the information! I'm really excited to see a stable build with this features.
If you have read the MS releases they said that the Jan meeting would be a Preview of Consumer features of Windows 10 and what the next Technical Preview release would contain. Never said anything about a Consumer Preview release like with Windows 8.
The original schedule was for a Consumer Preview release around April 15.
