    By the looks of the black header it's probably going to run as a container app as well.

    Maybe it will have an anti-sarcasm plugin, a person could install.

    And following on Edwin's post regarding app container,
    I suspect this will probably only function on Windows 10 and forward (maybe 8/8.1)

    I am a little . Is Microsoft making a separate browser or is Spartan going to be integrated into the operating system? For example, if a application use I.E. controls, will the application be using Spartan controls instead? I know a lot of 3rd party software depends on Internet Explorer being installed. Including virus protection programs.
