WHAT improved functionality? What, specifically, is updated, improved, etc.? Inquiring minds would like to know. :)

Patience young Padiwan you will soon find out what it did. so far all I see is a new build number. Overall I think the Windows 10 has gotten faster and quicker then It was before the update.

Love the Star Wars reference (although one small correction: It's 'Padawan'.)

Anyway, as I'm fond of saying, "that's why I never would've made it as a doctor: because I've got no patience!' (Patients).

    Hi,

Overall I think the Windows 10 has gotten faster and quicker then It was before the update.
And that's all there is to it as far as I can see.
Consult the file list as mentioned before to explore the finer details if that helps any.

    Cheers,

Frankly, these performance optimizations ought to have been done BEFORE the July RTM five months ago

Makes me wonder how much more homework the development team has to catch up with, see the complaints on the Edge browser

Anyone know the size of this latest update? I have a data-capped account, and need to know the update size before downloading

    Are you guys serious?

Whatever Microsoft throws at your computer, regardless of what it does, you happily download and install and believe it miraculously improves performance somehow?

Give me a break. Without patch notes, NOTHING has changed as far as anybody should be concerned. If anything, this update could've just updated the Fax driver. Or updated the time zone list. Or updated keyboard dictionaries. Or nothing at all.

Downloaded & installed without any problem here ...

I have a question : after each of those cumulative updates (which also changes the windows version), are MCT and the ISO files updated by Microsoft ? I mean : if a user wants, at some stage, to make a clean installation of Windows 10, can he be sure to have the latest version by downloading the proposed MCT or ISO file ?

    Thanks !
