If I'm reading right, the only way for a clean install is if Microsoft releases the ISO (or if you create an ISO from another machine).

Has anyone made an ISO from the install.esd I keep getting errors about a faulty autorun, inf.

EDIT: I used Option 2 on the ESD to ISO tool and made an ISO from the install.esd file. I clean installed 11082. No problems.

I have never encountered that error. You might want to download a fresh copy of ESDtoISO per @Kari's tutorial. ESD to ISO - Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 ESD File - Windows 10 Forums

I suggest you choose option 1 instead of 2. That will create an ISO in WIM format, which is only about 600K larger, and allow you to use it in the future to do any repair work. Option 2 creates in a compressed ESD format, which cannot be used for repair work. Both can be used to install, but WIM is the better choice. Tomcat....

    OK.
    1. I downloaded the ESDtoISO tool.

    2. Copied it to the C: drive and unzipped it.

    3. Copied install.esd to the ESDtoISO folder.

    4. Ran ESDtoISO Option 1.

    5. Success.

Great! Now either put the ISO to a DVD with Image Burn The Official ImgBurn Website or a thumb drive with Rufus Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way

Did they push out an update that brought back the file transfer windows? Because I just had one show up when copying from my desktop to my Android phone.

I've noticed the same: copying to Android, iOS or any other connected non-Windows device, the progress bar is there. However, that is shown by a different process than in internal copy in Windows, a tell tale being that the "More / Fewer details" link present in internal Windows copy dialog is missing from this one.

You can check this by copying something within Windows, I don't believe the progress bar will be there.
