Have just updated my laptop which is ATM W10 home and it is exactly the same as your above quote ie- 10586.36.
My insider update on W10 Pro went from 10586.29.
This would suggest that you are not on the insider program, even if your o/s states otherwise.
Hope you manage to sort it out soon.
Dencal, pardon, but you are confusing me. WU/Advanced clearly states I am on Insider. Insider App states I have been since 10/02/14. Shows quests completed, achievements, etc. I don't know what an ATM W10 home is, I'm on Pro x64. Not clear on what is suggesting I'm NOT on Insider. Can you explain what is suggesting I am not? Tkx.

It is only a suggestion that although you have confirmation that you are an insider. and it is obvious you are.
Perhaps the updating part of your operating system is faulty, a bug maybe. according to my records I have reported 87.
As posted in my last I updated W10 pro but from winver 10586.29. Not 10586.36
My laptop W10 Home is not "insider" but winver reveals 10586.36.

Ok, got it. The only reason I show 10586.36 on my Insider build is because MS won't/can't offer me 11082. My lappy is not on Insider and it also got 10586.36. All the version numbers are in sync with the builds. Just have to wait, like a few others. If I had gotten 11082 on time as others did, I, also would have updated from 10586.29.

Obviously extremely frustrating for you, my posts were purely suggestions, mixed with a certain amount of logic.

Hi All, I am new here and also new to the insider preview builds. I have just installed 11082 and notice that I can't share my screen any more with tools such as gotomeeting or join.me. when I go to present it flickers to a black screen for a couple of seconds and then either logs me out of my windows account (for gotomeeting) or says i am presenting when its not (for join,me).
Any ideas?

Since updating my Winver indicates that I am on "Version 1511 (OS Build 11082.1000). . .just to let you know. . .:)

Still not offered 11082 in WU. Anybody else? Any thoughts? Fixes? Prayers? Big Hammer?
I wasn't able to get 10586 until ~3 weeks after it was released.
I asked for suggestions from people here, but just as I was about to start trying them out, 10586 started downloading.
