When I saw the title I thought they were bringing back aero transparency :/
SourceIt's a well-known fact that many users who switched from Windows 7 to Windows 8 wanted Microsoft to bring Aero effects back in the modern operating system, despite the company's new approach for flat design.
Some features, however, continued to be available on Windows 8 and 8.1 despite the removal of Aero as a package, including Aero Snap which allowed users to juggle with windows on their desktops and run them side by side, or easily snap them to one side of the screen.
While this particular feature was indeed offered to users, disabling it was quite a pain, as there was no quick way to do it without browsing through lots of menus and options.
Things are going to change in Windows 10, as build 9901 already comes with an option that allows everyone to disable Aero Snap with the press of a button. How to disable it in Windows 10
Starting with Windows 10 build 9901, users can disable it by simply launching the PC settings screen, going over to “System” and clicking on “Windowing.” Then, there's an option called “Enable Aero Snap,” so simply tapping or clicking it turns it off or on.

I very much want Aero in it's full Glory as in Windows 7 in Windows 10. Just a beautiful rich and immersive experience with Aero Themes.
Didn't use it in 7, hence no reason to use in 10. . .just my view. . .:)
Hi there
I liked AERO GLASS as in VISTA - but don't really mind any more whether I have it or not --I'm usually much too busy when on a computer to worry about what the Desktop looks like -- when you've got 4 monitors all working furiously on a Stock Trading Live system you can't see the base desktop anyway. !!!
Cheers

I can take it or leave it actually I would probably keep it off to avoid distractions. With the new W 10 task view ,virtual desktop options new aero snap and new task bar open app highlighting it suddenly became less important and useful to me especially on 2 screens with the new task bars and task bar Icons on both of them visible in extended desktop mode now !
I'm using W 10 (9926) for the daily driver now . I'm not big on staring at aero desktop eye candy or borders anymore (been there already ) they can be very distracting at times .
PC is either on a lock screen ,Modern UI app , opened into a browser ,maybe e-mail .maybe win explorer briefly then something else or all of these things and more at once sometimes on 2 screens and or multiple desktops (or not ) ,maybe playing an embedded website video or Y.T. one one screen and doing something else on the primary screen or the screen (s) are asleep or off !
