Hands-On with Windows 10 Build 9901

Ever notice in the last couple of Windows versions, when you click on the help icon it virtually tells you to go search the internet!

Naw, it's the same. It works the way it's supposed to, I think but I've got dual monitors so snapping quads is a PITA!

There's a quick on/off setting though.

Cortana actually works pretty decently for me.

Cortana is only working half crippled for me.
