I would not know. I never look at the WEI. It's some fake number anyhow.

Sorry but thats a stupid title. Not everyone will be interested in upgrading although I will.

But to all those who espouse gibberish about the PC being dead, 600 million is a lot. Its more than several countries combined.

So you guys plan to buy new PCs with Win 10 when it comes out? That would make the hardware mfrs happy.

The way Microsoft is releasing new versions of windows it would seem they are already selling updates

Problem seems there really isn't many actual improvements being made except a little different color lipstick
I see nothing substantial as an "improvement" or worth any type of the saying "upgrade" besides what Microsoft wants to call a said "Upgrade"
There's is no basic difference in calling something Metro or Modern except promotions

Like built in apps or not they do indeed require a good internet connection and bandwidth
I'm personally not interested in Any Live titles y'all can have all of them :)
Euro version will be better except for the start button it will still be a joke but without Bing so it will auto be better

If this were the game industry these updates would be called DLCs.
