I have been running W10 on 2 PCs and one laptop at my house. All are on 10586.14. Interestingly, CCleaner was removed from one of the PCs, the newest build as represented by my System Specs. All 3 were having issues with Speccy and I didn't bother trying to reinstall on any of the machines for a month or so. Also, my current PC has AMD Catalyst Control Center installed and it remains post-update. However, I encountered several glitches, especially with Windows Store and even MS Account Info websites, etc. I performed two in-place reinstalls yesterday. After the first reinstall continued to exhibit WS problems, I stopped Catalyst Control Center from loading at startup and monitoring in the SysTray. The second reinstall appears to be working perfectly.

I can vouch for at least two Piriform Programs that do not play well on at least one of my machines, CCleaner and Speccy. After I have had stability for a few days, I will try again with most recent 64-bit free versions and see what happens.

Personally, I'm quite surprised that my machine with most current hardware is the one experiencing issues, rather than my 2009 build or my 4-year-old laptop.

Anyway, were it not for various comments throughout this thread and elsewhere, I would not have thought to turn off Catalyst on the SysTray, etc. Thanks!

Even if an incompatible software is uninstalled, you can always reinstall it, or better install newest version. Not really a big deal.

Try another antivirus such as Avast.

These are inconsistencies that needs time to rectify. These inconsistencies from one machine to the next will never disappear entirely, but I would consider it OK as long as they are inconsequential in the greater scheme of things.
