That looks to be the retail, not Enterprise version, good.

I'm a little late getting in the game but can I download this ISO Build and install Win 10 for the first time or do I need to go through the Insider Program for the ISO file?

    Thanks,
    Greg

Greg. I notice that I am signed in to my MS account when I go to the page linked to Dave's post so bet you do need to register your ms account. Never know till you try so go for it. It is a ISO of the newest build. Good luck to you Charlie

One of my W10 pc's got stuck while starting and several restarts/resets did not help. I downloaded the 64 bit ISO and burned it to a DVD and just before using the disk, the reluctant pc came back to life. I have binned the old build DVD and put the up to date one in its place. I notice that the product key is still the same as the first build.
