No one said there was anything wrong with it. The only problem is there are sometimes certain things that I want to download and install that I know is not harmful like K-Lite Codec patch updates, the regular full package versions work fine, one needs to disable autoprotect and then there are times when doing things like in-place repair upgrades of Windows 10, it's better to be able to able to disable the auto-protect just for that purpose. I don't need the firewall part either because all my traffic goes through my FreeBSD based router which is a better firewall than any Windows software solution. The plug-ins for Google Chrome actually slows my browsing down as I have 75 tabs opened at the same time so I disabled it and it still protects. I'm not the average consumer so I don't really need the 24/7 support because I am the 24/7/365 support as I run and own my own Internet Service Provider in Hawaii with over 6,000 customer servers so I have to fix everything remotely.

That's too bad. My first Stereo system was from Radio Shack. Four channel quad sound @ 300 watts per channel! Where do I find Radio Shack now, in the basement of the Sprint store? Haven't been to one in 3 years. Couldn't beat their Memorex DVD sales. 50 pack for $9.99 every so often.
They still exist but the 1700 remaining stores that didn't close all have miniture Sprint (Southern Pacific Railroad Internal Networking Telephony) stores inside, Sprint is owned by Japan's Softbank too.

Radio Shack was a great store at one time. They started going down hill a long time ago. I still have a few Radio Shack stores near me. Even before the bankruptcy they were basically just a cell phone store.

They were good when they still have the paper catalogs but then lots of their stuff are just repackaged stuff and highly marked up that you can get elsewhere for a cheaper price. In the mid-1990s, they did have some decent speakers that were audiophile quality at a budget if you modified them under the Optimus brand.
