see if you have a USB/Mini-USB port available that you can use instead for the upgrade. Otherwise, you may have to try freeing up some disk space off the hard drive.
Using external USB drive to provide additional space for upgrade failed (installing from Tech Bench ISO).

Had to take the second option and free up space on C:\ ...

I just downloaded the ISO from the Microsoft site and upgraded both my machine (Insider 10586) and my wife's machine (from 10240.) Was painless. The Media Creation Tool has no x86/x64 extensions (unlike the 10240 tool) and auto-detects for for x86 or x64 and Pro/Home (but you can change between x64/x86 in the install menu of the tool if it's wrong or different from what you want.)

I would advise going this route because if you do it all directly through WU you will not have a copy of the 1511_10586 ISO when you're done and you'll have to download that anyway if you want to have a copy on hand--highly advisable.

It had the option between x86 and x64 when I used the site this afternoon.

Update fails (VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR) during driver updates, My Asus LAPTOP has Nvidia Geforce GT 730M and Integrated Intel HD Graphics. It rollbacks to the previous Windows 10 build.

    Hi!

Download please the MCT from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/soft...load/windows10

Choose Language, x86 or x64 (you must uncheck the box) and upgrade or download media (.iso) - that`s it! :)

I'm having the same problem. I have over 2 terabytes of free space on the drive I want to download the ISO to, but it won't let me download it because I don't have enough space on C:\ ??? What is this, 1998??
