ISO's for 1511 10586 are still up on MSDN for those with subscriptions. I agree though, this is just going to push people to the dark side of the internet looking for the newest ISO. Not a good move Microsoft.
Not if people with the right MCT pass it on, if my test works. of course.

Some will go that route, if their on a forum like this one. And assuming Microsoft doesn't block the other site when they see an increase in traffic?

    Microsofts official comment(s) are below:

The November update was originally available via the MCT (Media Creation Tool), but the company decided that future installs should be through Windows Update. People can still download Windows 10 [Build 10240] using the MCT tool if they wish. The November update will be delivered via Windows Update.

Microsoft has not pulled the Windows 10 November 10 update. The company is rolling out the November update over time if you dont see it in Windows Update, you will see it soon.

10586 is still available outside MSDN:
http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...eationTool.exe English UK. Downloaded build 10586 using this Saturday about 2000 hours UTC , but it failed to create iso image - but I saved the esd image for x64 Core and Pro.
The links to Microsoft update ESDs given in post #83 at [C++] ESD - 10586 (ALL) - WZT (Дядько ЦЯ) - Pastebin.com are also still up.

I wouldn't worry that the build is insecure, unstable or harmful in any way - Insiders would have discovered that - but It is something to do with the distribution and digital entitlement that is not working as Microsoft had hoped.

In GB English it's "Say lavvy"
Link gives 10586 at 12.33 GMT on 22 Nov 2015.

Great update but when are they going to address bugs that fix basic performance?
I yaked about this earlier but I turn my monitor off while my pc is compiling.
Whether I turn it back on in 5 minutes or 5 hours the icons still shift to the left.
Align is turn on and auto arrange is turned off.
What gets me is that in researching this the problem goes all the way back to windows 7 and the fixes that was supposed to work on 240 are already incorporated into 586 yet the problem still is there.

Now come to find out that Win 10 gray scale calibration does not work and I have to use nvidia's override.
No wonder my screen looked so crappy with super bright contrasting colors.

How MS got away releasing this POS is beyond me.
