    Maybe they just discovered that digital entitlement by Windows 7 & 8.x is just a little too generous and some chancers were using any and every valid key to upgrade hardware that should not be entitled.

    I would think , based upon a lot of different reports, that there are under lying issues here...
    Not Bugs, per say..

    It's still up on MSDN. en_windows_10_multiple_editions_version_1511_x64_dvd_7223712.iso. I did all clean installs with my MSDN ISO's. No major issues, not that I know of anyway?
