I downloaded the ISO from Techbench and upgraded today. So far, everything is working just as it is supposed to.

Media Creation tool won't give you Enterprise, or update it as far as I know. I clean installed Enterprise 10586 from my MSDN ISO. MCT wouldn't update my 10 Education install. Not supported.

Which of these 3 options is proving to be the least trouble-free today? Please advise... Thanx!

I used the Media Creation Tool to download the file, and used it for the update without incident. All seem to be well so far; however it did tell me it removed two programs due to "compatibility" issues...

I also downloaded the ISO from TechBench and upgraded three computers -- am very pleased with result, as all are working well.

After the update it left a few residual files on the C drive which I had to go into the safe mode command prompt to delete. It also reset the advanced parameters on my Realtek LAN card plus enabled activated "Allow this device to wake computer". This happened both on my desktop and laptop computers.

I'd imagine a number of settings and stuff will need to be rechecked after this upgrade.

    Thanks

Did update on two PCs tablet and desktop, tablet stopped at 40% and stayed like that for hours (~4 hours) so i did hard reset and it reverted update.
Desktop updated fine but now i have no network connection.
