Admittedly, I haven't been using Win10 all that much lately, so this could have been true before 1511, but today, after I did the upgrade and went into Personalize to change the default color, I NOW notice that the Start Menu is translucent! I thought that previously, it was opaque.
    You get a choice. :)

Threshold 2 is the code name while it's in development (what Insiders have been working with since the release of Build 10240 RTM). Your attachment shows the official and final name of this version.

I'm not one to sing praises of Win10 -- but, in all fairness, MS deserves credit for how well this Upgrade went.

Ran upgrade by inserting USB stick made from MCT, running setup.exe.

Less than 30 minutes, start to new desktop, everything saved, everything works!

    Good Job, MS!!
Definitely, NOT!? You totally destroyed your tablet if you had a SD card in your slot and ran the upgrade => freeze at 40%, this bug was known to MS since weeks and still went live.

OK. I'm wondering now that they've separated Pro/Home "commoners" from Enterprise/Education if one needs to be registered Enterprise/Education member and/or register a PC/device so far as that's concerned. Much like a "trusted device" of an MS account. Perhaps that's why you received the message that it's unsupported?
The MCT is just coded for Home Pro, which is what most consumers are running. Enterprise is a whole other deal. That would normally be under the control of the IT person in that company. Sort off the same deal with Education. I don't fall under either scenario though as I used my MSDN keys for install and activation. I'm just using your regular Windows update as far as I know. Not Windows Update for Business or a company WUS. I don't know if Education will update to 10586 via Windows Update or not, same with Enterprise. I didn't wait long enough to find out. As far as I know, no body running Enterprise has updated to 10586 via Windows update. I've seen a few posts asking when will it happen, but that's about it. I don't think there are too many running the Education version? I didn't know it existed until I saw it listed on MSDN. There is no free upgrade to it because Windows 8 doesn't have that edition. That's one reason why it's not listed in the MCT. You'd get it through your school or university I would think. It has more features than Pro but less than Enterprise. I has a look see because it has Windows To Go like Enterprise does. Plus it's free for me to try and use if I want.

I just posted feedback on the issue of Windows 10 Pro reverting to Windows 10 Home:
Two ways to look at it though. For those doing a first time clean install, they don't have to know what their embedded key is. The install media will find it automatically. Windows 8.0 and 8.1 MSDN install media does it too. Most aren't used to using the multi edition install media. The old MCT media is Core/Home or Pro, not Core/Home and Pro. If I use the old Pro only ISO my Core embedded key is ignored and I'm prompted to enter one. Use the Core/Home ISO and its read automatically. There are advantages and disadvantages. I've been using MSDN ISO, which I believe are identical to Retail DVD's, for a while now and figured it out a while back.
