When you turn off notifications for specific apps they are always enabled again after a reboot! Annoying.

Performance and the rest are really good.

I'm confused! Haven't we all had this Build for, like a week already?
Kinda sorta, Edwin. :) We've had Build 10586.0 until yesterday when an update was there. There was a cumulative update installed along with a few other things. That took the Insiders to Build 10586.3 (at least it did on my desktop).

This morning when I started to check for Build 10240 RTM (what this upgrade is for) it didn't show up, so I downloaded the Media Creation Tool and did a clean install on my RTM partition.

I wonder if we are having these installation problems because of our impatience? Maybe if we do nothing to our machines and just give it another few days it will all sort itself out in the normal way via system updates?

The "Tool" knows what's installed on your computer and acts accordingly. :)
